Toredo is a service specific to XBL that exists to act as a NAT translator. You MUST have IPv6 enabled on your router!
Make sure your router has all XBL ports forwarded. Make sure Cold War is allowed in your Firewall (I won't provide instructions for this)

If you only have Game Bar Installed, Install the XBOX App (if you haven't already) This guide ONLY applies to Windows 10 Pro, the reason being is that a service called 'Toredo' has very specific settings for Pro vs. It requires a manual update, Windows doesn't do feature updates automatically. It also seems to have fixed my random crashes. I saw an increase of around 5-10fps (1440p ultrawide mostly ultra settings on a 2080). I was on 1904 and you need 20H1/H2 to get the benefit of 'DirectX12 Ultimate' it does make a difference in performance if you have a 2xxx or 3xxx series nVidia card.

The game still shows 'moderate' but XBL shows Open and Server Connectivity is Connected'īefore you start!! Update Windows 10 to 20H1 or 20H2.
I spent a few hours today trying to get my NAT to open for the game, and ended up finding out a few things that I wanted to share with others, in case they end up pulling their hair out like me, looking at a ton of different places.
